Terms and Conditions
Acceptance of the program will allow Coach Central to tentatively book the program into our system. Cancellation or postponement will incur the following penalties.

  1. 30 working days or more = No charge
  2. 10 to 29 working days = 25% cancellation fees on facilitation only
  3. 0 to 9 working days = 50% cancellation fees and produced materials.
  4. Please note that any venue or third party costs will be charged back as per their terms and conditions.

You will be invoiced on completion of the program, or monthly for ongoing programs.
Settlement on invoices is 7 days.
Final Participant numbers should be provided at least one week prior to the program. Should the participant numbers decrease after this time, you will be charged for all materials already produced.
All additional charges will be charged back at cost plus 5%. ie. beverages, special requests, facilitator travel expenses
(If outside the Cairns area), etc. These charges will be itemised on the final invoice.
