Coaching Structure

Purpose

• Build leadership capability
• Introduce the “Coach Central Leadership Coaching” model to the team
• How to build and commit staff to an action plan

Format

• A two day workshop to be held at a site to be confirmed
• One TMP accredited Coach Central Facilitator
• A mix of experiential based learning activities, group discussions, Coach Central Leadership Coaching model and role plays.
• A one  day follow up workshop six weeks after the initial program to reinforce the Coach Central Leadership Coaching model and address any challenges facing the team.
